Chair
Jeremy Deutsch
President, Asia-Pacific, Vantage Data Centers
Jeremy Deutsch serves as President of Vantage Data Centers APAC business where he drives the company’s regional growth across strategy, market development, sales, construction and operations. He has more than two decades of solutions innovation and leadership experience in the ICT industry.
Prior to his current role, Deutsch was President, Asia-Pacific, at Equinix, and before that, was Managing Director for Equinix Australia, where he successfully led the company’s acquisition of Metronode. Before joining Equinix, Deutsch was General Manager of Products at Unwired Australia, a SingTel Optus group company, managing product strategy, alliance partnerships, and user experience delivery. He also worked for Pihana Pacific, which was acquired by Equinix in 2002, where he supported all aspects of the sales process and managed the life cycle of existing and new products.
Deutsch is based in Sydney and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Information Systems from the University of New South Wales.

Serene Nah
Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific, Digital Realty
As Managing Director, Head of Asia Pacific, Serene leads Digital Realty’s Asia Pacific team to continue to broaden the reach of the company’s global data center platform and deliver the value of PlatformDigital™, the world’s largest meeting place for companies, technologies and data, to the region.
Serene brings extensive experience in pan-Asia infrastructure real estate and technology investment to Digital Realty. She joined Digital Realty from Kerry Properties, where she was Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that role, she was Head of Portfolio Management in Asia for Silverlake Partners. She currently serves on the boards of ESR and Digital Core REIT. Serene honed her skills in finance, mergers and acquisitions and business transformation in various roles with General Electric over 10 years. Her last role at GE was CFO of GE Capital Greater China.
Serene graduated from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and has an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST. Serene is also a strong supporter of DEI initiatives and provides sponsorship for Digital Realty’s Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF).

Terence Teo
Managing Director, Singapore, Global Switch
Terence Teo is Managing Director at Global Switch, where he drives strategic growth of the company’s data centre portfolio in Singapore. He leads sales, business development and operations, and actively sculpts robust sales strategies in the process. With his deep-seated expertise in edge computing and knack for cultivating strong customer relationships, Terence plays a pivotal role in enhancing digital experiences across the region.
Terence was formerly Managing Director for Asia-Pacific at Zenlayer. In this role, he led the deployment of innovative cloud networking solutions, including SDN and SASE, coupled with retail co-location tailored to meet the nuanced needs of his clients. He uses his breadth of experience and expertise to deliver unparalleled service and infrastructural excellence to a diverse, international clientele at Global Switch.
Terence holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and a Master’s in Communications Software and Networks from the Nanyang Technological University. He has diplomas from the Global CEO Programmes at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Wharton School, IESE Business School and NUS.

Jonathan King
Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres
Jonathan King is the Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). In this role, he is responsible for leading the growth of STT GDC into new regions in addition to managing the existing portfolio of investments. Since joining STT GDC, Jonathan has been leading the establishment and expansion of STT GDC’s high-quality platforms across 10 geographies in Asia and Europe.
Jonathan has over 25 years of global investment experience in the data centre, finance, real estate and engineering industries. In the data centre space, he has led over US$3.0bn of transactions since 2011.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Honours) from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Rangu Salgame
Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder, Princeton Digital Group (PDG)
Rangu Salgame is the Chairman, CEO and Co-founder of Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a Singapore-headquartered Pan-Asia data center operator.
Rangu has over 25 years of experience in building and scaling technology businesses in Asia as well as globally. Prior to founding PDG, Rangu has led Internet Infrastructure and TMT businesses in Tata Communications, Cisco Systems and Verizon Communications.

Cyrus Adaggra
President, APAC, Equinix
Cyrus Adaggra serves as President of Equinix, APAC, where he is responsible for the management, strategy and growth plan for Equinix in the APAC region to meet the demands of customers and partners in today’s fast-changing technological landscape.
Cyrus joined Equinix in 2021 as Vice President, Corporate Development, Asia-Pacific. During his tenure at Equinix, Cyrus led the company’s market entry into Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines and organic expansions in existing markets across the region.
Cyrus has over 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), financial strategy, strategy consulting, and corporate development. Before Equinix, he held senior positions at Telstra and Ernst & Young. He led numerous strategic acquisitions, including data centre transactions across Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Singapore to maximise returns and organisational growth.
Cyrus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Macquarie University, Australia, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Carly Wishart
Managing Director, Corporate and International, AirTrunk
As Managing Director, Carly Wishart leads the Corporate and International division at AirTrunk. Her portfolio includes spearheading AirTrunk’s corporate and regional operations to enable the next stage of hyperscale growth.
Carly joined AirTrunk from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she served as Director of Data Centre Planning and Delivery for Asia-Pacific, Japan and China. She was formerly the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at ENGIE Asia-Pacific and CEO of Simply Energy.
Carly holds an Executive MBA from RMIT University, Australia. She is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Yasuo Suzuki
Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Japan and Asia-Pacific, NTT Global Data Centers
Yasuo Suzuki is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Japan and Asia-Pacific at NTT Global Data Centers. He is responsible for NTT’s data center service in the region.
At the beginning of his career in the international business portfolio of NTT, Yasuo served as Duty General Manager of the NTT Communications Philippines Branch between 1998 and 2001. From 2001 to 2008, he was responsible for business development in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and Russia, engaging with various telecom carriers to deploy NTT Communications’ network services globally. He played a key role in expanding NTT Communications’ international business portfolio.
From 2008 to 2013, Yasuo was Director of Group and Alliance Strategy in the Corporate Planning Department, responsible for various global acquisitions, including Netmagic, Virtela, PC1 Cable and Emerio. He moved to the Data Center Engineering Department in 2013 and joined RagingWire Data Centers (then-subsidiary of NTT Communications) in the US as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning in 2015, contributing to the growth of our data center business in the US until March 2020, when he assumed his current role.
